Saying the internet is disconnected but connected!

• Programs that regularly update or check in with servers in the background are especially prone to creating intermittent internet disconnections.
• Manufacturers release updates to plug security holes, stomp out bugs in the code, and optimize performance.
• Your router keeps a log of significant events on your network.
• You can use a Wi-Fi analyzer app to see all the available channels and the usage on each, and then manually change the channel on your router or mesh system (if allowed).

When I click on the Media Server box in the "Photo & Video" screen I get a "your device is disconnected. Please check the connection status". Your device needs to update
